includes a full fledged manufacturing facility at Electronics
City, Bangalore. It has a 100% EOU status. The company's manufacturing
facility operates in a clean room environment with antistatic
workstations and is completely powered by captive DG equipment
for uninterrupted power supply. All the Manufacturing and
Test setups are monitored and maintained for meeting Customers'
quality requirements.

capabilities are:
Acquisition of Advanced Micronic
Devices Limited, a listed company engaged in manufacturing
and marketing of health care equipments in India during
2001.
Digital Clinical Thermometer division from
Hindustan Lever in India during 2002.
Acquisition of the patient monitoring division
of Palco Labs, USA in 2003.
EuroCor, manufacturers of Coronary Stenting
Systems in Germany, during 2005.
